*Please note that the Farmhouse requires a non-refundable booking deposit that is one (1) night's reservation charges to be paid within a fortnight (14) days from the booking date.

*We refrain from entertaining overnight bookings. Minimum length of stay 2 nights and over.

Cancellation Policy

. If cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival, a one nights stay for the rooms booked will be charged.
. If cancelled within 1 day of arrival the total cost of the stay, will be charged.
. If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the stay as booked will remain payable on departure.
. Guests are reminded that no exceptions are made to the above conditions. We recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance.
