CHENDEN
Named after the tree species Cryptomeria japonica commonly called Japanese cedar or sugi, is a slender, pyramidal, evergreen conifer with tiered horizontal branching, which is slightly pendulous at the tips. This Exclusive Suite Cottage with a grey-navy blue theme is named after the local pine tree commonly used as incense and in other auspicious occasions, is the Cottage closest to the Heritage wing. Chenden named after the old pine tree growing beside it, is a spacious cottage with a master bedroom, a living room, a changing room and a bathroom. All interiors (including the flooring and the ceiling) are furnished with local wood from the tree plantation within the farm. Chenden has balconies on both sides of the cottage with the one adjoining the bedroom spilling out into a private lawn. The room comes with a King Size double bed and is provided with a water boiler so guests can relish some lemon / mint tea / coffee/ our delicious Sikkim organic tea while enjoying the view of Khangchendzogna and the Himalayas overlooking the pool and part(s) of the farmland.
PAKSAM
The cottage named after Oroxylum indicum, is a species of flowering plant belonging to the family Bignoniaceae, commonly called Midnight Horror or Indian trumpet flower. Placed strategically between the Heritage wing and the rest of the cottages, this Exclusive Suite cottage with a blue- off white theme and named after the local edible flowering plant ~ the seed of which is used for offerings & other auspicious occasions, is the cottage with the pool & deck view. Paksam is a spacious cottage with a master bedroom, a living room, a changing room and a bathroom. All interiors (including the flooring and the ceiling) are furnished with local wood from tree plantation(s) within the farm. Paksam has balconies on both sides of the cottage with the one adjoining the bedroom spilling out into the pineapple plantation. The room comes with a King Size double bed and is provided with a water boiler so guests can relish some lemon / mint tea / coffee/ our delicious Sikkim organic tea whilst enjoying the splendid view of the pool and other seasonal plantations in the farm.

This cottage is named after one of the eight auspicious Lucky Buddhist symbols. The Sanskrit term matsyayugma means ‘a pair of fishes’. They originated as an ancient pre-Buddhist symbol of the two main sacred rivers of India, the Ganges (Ganga) and Yamuna. In Buddhism the golden fishes symbolise happiness, as they have complete freedom in the water. They represent fertility and abundance as they multiply very rapidly. Fish often swim in pairs, and in China they represented conjugal unity and fertility, where a brace or pair of fishes would often be given as a wedding present. Sergnya ~ the honey moon suite is a spacious cottage with a master bedroom, a living room, a changing room and a bathroom. The cottage is very private and aloof with a separate footpath leading to it form the Heritage wing. Lying in-between bamboo groves, this cottage may take a 10 minute leisure walk. All interiors (including the flooring and the ceiling) are furnished with local wood from tree plantation(s) within the farm. The cottage is flanked by balconies on both sides. The speciality about Sergnya is the master bedroom that slides opens through the large glass door into the bamboo groves on a very private wooden deck sit out and the out bath with bamboo screening. The room comes with a King Size double bed and is provided with a water boiler so guests can relish some lemon / mint tea / coffee/ our delicious Sikkim organic tea whilst enjoying the rustling of bamboo leaves and connecting with nature.

This one of a kind double unit suite cottage named after Magnolia hodsonii (Talauma hodgsonii), a very handsome low-altitude magnolia is a tribute to the long-standing Magnolia Tree in the lawn between the Heritage Wing and the Deck. Placed in the woods, behind the hill facing the Heritage Wing this unique cottage comes with great view, an extra bed and an extensive deck. All interiors (including the flooring and the ceiling) are furnished with local wood from tree plantation(s) within the farm. The twin suites with large glass sliding doors directly face Khangchendzogna while overlooking the tea plantation of the farm. This cottage is ideal for a family of 3 (per room) as it comes with a King Size double bed, an attached extra bed and a water boiler so guests can relish some lemon / mint tea / coffee/ our delicious Sikkim organic tea for a comfortable getaway, far from the maddening crowd and surrounded by greenery & tea plantations all around.
SALAG(Glass Cottage)
Named after a species of tree known as Terminalia Myriocarpa or "Panisaans" in Nepalese, the timber is of excellent quality, and is used for furniture, house-building, doors and windows, etc. This Double Unit Suite Cottage with a double bed directly facing the mountain, lies between our tea and Panisaans plantations wishing the farm. All interiors in Salag (including the flooring and the ceiling) are furnished with local wood from the tree plantation within the farm. Salag is located behind the hill facing the Heritage Wing and would therefore take a 10 to 15 minute leisure walk to reach. The speciality about this cottage is the all glass front facade and is also known as the "Glass Cottage". Salag has a lavish balcony with two reclining bed chairs on either side of the cottage. The rooms comprise a bedroom, a traditional sitting area, a changing room and a bathroom. However, the owners have played around with the interiors of the cottage to do justice to the view as seen from this cottage. A water boiler is also provided so guests can relish some lemon / mint tea / coffee/ our delicious Sikkim organic tea while enjoying the view of Khangchendzogna while overlooking Peling and the renowned Pemayangtse Monastery bang across the hill as visible on a clear day.
